Time Out

Took the kids out of the country for some fun. I need time to think everything through. It is embarrassing to be in my situation. I do not even feel a tad proud of R anymore. It is humiliating to find out all that he has been doing. I mean, it is one thing to attempt to destroy your own family... But to destroy another person's family too? Hell.

A and I are making good use of our annual passes to Disney. The baby rode the Winnie the Pooh ride twice. Time out has been good so far.

  2. Going anonymous too, since your tracker prolly knows where im from. Woah. Im on house arrest the entire day and I caught all the news I could on TV. They did broadcast his name already with a lil screenshot of your blog, which explains why im here.

At any rate, I admire you for holding on to God despite all these. God bless you and the kids! Safe trip!

  3. though i don't know any of you at all, i understand how painful this whole thing is for your family. i watched the news tonight & frankly na curious ako, so i decided to google his name & came across your blog. it's amazing that you did not leave your husband despite being fully aware of his ways...if similarly situated, i don't know if makakaya ko din yan..may God give you more strength as you continue to face life's challenges...and to all those other girls, WAKE UP or as we say it in our native language/dialect: PAGMATA!!!

  4. Like the previous commentors above, the snapshot of your blog on the news made me look for your blog. That being said, here's my 2 cents worth:

No one deserves the sh*t you've gone through. NO ONE. Wake up girl! You have your children to look out for. Like your kids, I am also a product of a broken family and a philandering father (may God rest his soul). I promised myself early in life that, to the best of my ability, my kids would never go through what I had to go through. But you know what? I realized that I didn't turn out that bad. Just because a mom, a dad, and kids stay under one roof doesn't mean their family isn't "broken."

Do what is best for yourself and your kids. God will take care of the rest.

  7. mam,
I pray that you be more stronger in the coming days.
