Nick Vujicic (pronounced "VOOY-EE-CHEECH") faces this stark reality each day, but in every picture of him, we see a smiling young man who lives what he calls "a ridiculously good life." Born in Melbourne, Australia back in 1982, Nicholas Vujicic was born without arms or legs from a rare disorder called tetra-amelia. His disability was a daily struggle against the usual challenges of school and growing up such as bullying and self-esteem issues, as well as with depression and loneliness.

But God had a plan for him all along. Nick began to see how his accomplishments were an inspiration to many, and began to draw strength and passion in life from his faith in God. He began giving motivational speeches and started his own motivational speaking company called Attitude is Altitude. He also became the president and CEO of a non-profit organization called Life Without Limbs. From just being a man without limbs, Nick became a living testimony of God's great plan for each of us.

Today, Nick Vujicic has traveled across the globe giving inspirational and motivational speeches on overcoming the challenges of a limbless life through Jesus Christ. He has recorded audio commentaries and DVDs about his life and speeches; and written two books called, "Life Without Limits: Inspiration for a Ridiculously Good Life" and the recently released "Unstoppable: The Incredible Power of Faith". God continues to use Nick's testimony to touch the hearts of people from all walks of life and bring the hope of Jesus Christ.

Thanks to the world of Youtube, world-class talents such as twin sisters Janice and Sonia Lee are now certified singing sensations. Having garnered over 62,111,900 video views around the world, these sisters are showing the world that they've got a lot of talent and love to offer people who are willing to listen.

In 2008, the duo discovered the world of YouTube. Fascinated by the concept of connecting with an unseen audience all over the world, they created their first account under the name "Jayesslee". The name was their attempt to be clever – fusing both of their initials and spelling it out.

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia to Korean parents, Janice and Sonia never thought that they would be touring the United States of America, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Canada and now – for the first time ever – the Philippines!

Israel Houghton LIVE in Manila!

GM, my friend and co-DJ on Just For Teens (yes, was a kid DJ sometime back), has been bugging us about getting Israel Houghton (pronounce as Hoh'-tin and not Hew-ton, folks) to come over to the Philippines for a concert. I've been trying to explain to everyone that we're only distributors and have no hand (really) in bringing artists in (well except for a few who actually ask for our help). So when I heard from the grapevine about Israel coming over, I sent GM a message right away.

Yes, folks, it's finally happening! Israel Houghton is coming to Manila! What's more, he's bring the whole gang with him! Yes, that's right, The New Breed's coming, too! And if that isn't enough to get you all extra giddy and jumping up and down, they're also having The Planetshakers share the stage with them! Not one, not two, but 3 amazing artists in one night! Woohoo!

My officemate says this is going to be like November's SAVED Festival, but I think this is way bigger. Having Israel Houghton here is a feat. I remember seeing a concert poster in Singapore back during the New Year holidays and thought they must be extra blessed to have him visit. But alas, he's coming here! FINALLY!

If you don't know who Israel Houghton is, you'd probably be surprised to realize that you actually know most of his songs - "Friend of God", "Lord, You are Good", "Here I Am to Worship", "Moving Forward", etc. I was discussing this concert with some girlfriends two weeks ago, and T tells me "I know the songs, I just didn't know it was Israel who sang them!" LOL!

For someone who has won dozens of awards, you'd think Israel Houghton would be a household name in the Philippines. Well, he will be - after this event. That's for sure.
